Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation (no cancellation fees or partial refunds possible) for 48 hours after booking if arrival is at least 4 days away at time of booking.

Our rates are pretty straight forward - the price you see is what you pay. There are no additional charges - we have a 2 night minimum stay with the exception of days falling on Canadian long weekends when the minimum stay is 3 nights. As noted in our policy(s), we understand that plans change and cancellations happen. As a small independent STRA, cancellations greatly impact our business and our 'full refund' portion of the booking does not return the 3% booking fees we incur through 3rd party agencies, hence 'full refund' = 97%, allowing us to break even.;
